sorry i haven't been posting much :/ i have been sleeping a lot, or not sleeping enough and spending a lot of the day in a zombie-like state. christmas has me a bit bummed this year.

but in non-emo news, i offered to help doll_paparazzi out with her blog Doll-Lite! i even made my first news post just now :3 a little exciting hehehe there is an LJ syndication for Doll-Lite at dollpaparazzi if you want to sign up and keep an eye on updates!

in ooooother news, not much going on. i got a couple of adorable christmas presents in the mail from sparrowshellcat yesterday n_n a little tea set for brodwyn, and a baby blanket for meryll "just incase" hahaha

and in other other news, i really need to get off my butt and do some photostories :/

I'm thinking I'm unsure about Leviathan =/

I guess I like him, but I'm not sure he's worth the $1000+ I spent on him to me. I dunno, maybe I'll type up a feeler for him and see how that makes me feel about him. Can I ask anyone on my flist their opinion of him, good, bad or neutral? I guess in hindsight I should have realized that it might have been that Leviathan doesn't work as a doll for me, and not that he just didn't work as an El.

Also, I don't think that I want a Supia Lina for Vir anymore. I painted 36_moons's Lina and after seeing it I'm pretty sure it wouldn't work, nice face and everything but not for V ^^; So now my plan is to send him to someone else to paint, and try to get him a new pair of eyes(what kind I don't know...).

I don't know what it's about, but I have this love of mourning jewelry, and this is an especially beautiful piece :( Too bad it's almost $300 so far and hasn't even met the reserve.

small update for today. not really working on it today cuz i've spent about 17 hours on it so far and should probably take a break. took a couple of pics really quick though before i ran out of light just because it looks a lot better that way haha




need to figure out a good way to fix up the chipped pieces. also need to figure out what to do with the ears :/ and let me know what you think of the nose!

so every now and then i get a craving for mcdonalds, so on friday when cori's flight was like 30 mins late (and i was already on my way to pick him up x_x) i took the opportunity to satisfy the mcdonalds craving i'd had all week.

well the guy at the window was flirting with me >_____< and touched my hand when he took my card... i was like D:!!!!!

i've never been touched while at a drive-through before, and it occurred to me that it's kind of strange that something as simple as a brush of fingers can stand out so much o_O

So I finished Lee's tattoo the other day when I finished Poe ^^ You can't see it in photos but the lettering is raised up, it feels nice though~

mostly finished (um... just the head lol not the ears or body) so i popped her old eyes in for some pics cuz i couldn't find some 16mm that looked better :B i've started gluing on the twine but obviously haven't finished yet.
